Chef Minali Zaveri is an acclaimed pastry chef with over 10 years of experience, including work at Michelin-starred Jean Chauve and top restaurants in Paris and Mumbai. She holds pastry arts degrees from Sophia College, Mumbai, and Ferrandi, Paris, and has taught baking to over 9,000 students online and 800 in person.

In 2018, she founded The Crème Company in Mumbai—a central cloud kitchen catering to over 50 restaurants, corporates, and food brands. Known for filling a key market gap, her venture offers premium breads, desserts, bite-sized international foods, and customized corporate gifting. Chef Minali is also the founder of Mr. Shift, continuing her mission to elevate India’s pastry and gourmet food scene.
